Mengyu’s love affair with wine is not a mystery, but a serendipitous discovery. Upon earning her prestigious CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation, she sought a new challenge that blended science, art, history, and culture and was steeped in the passage of time.

This led her to embark on a journey into the world of wine, eventually founding When Wine, a company dedicated to wine tastings, critiques, consultancy, and education. Mengyu began her WSET diploma journey in 2020 and by October 2022, she had successfully completed all 6 units and was awarded the diploma.

She is currently an educator at International Wine Center.

 WhenWine致力于让葡萄酒爱好者们能在品鉴美酒的同时深入了解葡萄酒所承载的文化内涵。通过线下品鉴活动和庄园之旅，体验者能感受到精致美食，葡萄酒文化和优雅环境所共同营造出的浸入式体验。

 创始人梦雨小姐是CFA和CPA双证持证人， 于2018年获得WSET L3 葡萄酒与烈酒高级品酒证书, 2022年获得WSET最高级别Diploma，目前在纽约国际葡萄酒中心任教。
